Ferrier Chan & Partners (FCP)

The firm of Ferrier Chan & Partners (FCP) was established in April 1986 and is wholly owned by the local resident principals.

The firm has undertaken a wide variety of projects ranging from small, high quality fit-outs for retail, banking offices and private residences to full scale new building projects. The firm has a diverse group of clients most of whom have been gained through referral and a large portion of its projects are repeat business from past clients.

The firm is committed to providing a high quality consultancy service and, as a matter of policy, always maintains the direct involvement of the principals throughout each project. The principals of the firm attend all design and client meetings and are always available for consultation.

This firm is experienced in the operational requirements and quality expectations of premier clients and is fully appreciative of budget constraints and program limitations. The firm has no affiliation with, nor does it accept any commissions from, any manufacturing or contracting organization. The firm’s entire income is derived from its professional fees.

The firm provides consulting engineering services in all aspects of Building Services Engineering and Lighting Design.
